Our company was founded on over 17 years of thought-to-action leadership supporting military departments, Department of Defense, and agencies across the U.S. Federal Government with transformation, strategy, and operations. Redwood Strategy currently provides financial management, financial operations support to the Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization (JIDO) and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA); full-scale implementation support services for the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Oracle Federal Financials eBusiness Suite financial system modernization as well as the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) implementation for the United States Marine Corps (USMC); and financial operations and financial systems training for the Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA).

 

We previously implemented financial systems and provided operation and sustainment/Help Desk support for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) as well the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).

 

Our team has a proven record of bringing pragmatic ideas and transforming technology and business processes to execute the agency’s mission.
