Farida Lim

Farida Lim is the Director of DoD Programs at Redwood Strategy Group.  In this multi-faceted role, she is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic growth in addition to providing client service deliveries while actively engaging in personnel and project management responsibilities.

Farida’s professional tenure spans over 25 years of experience supporting the private, Federal and non-profit sectors in the areas financial accounting/operations management, project management and analytical research areas.  Farida spent the more recent part of her career supporting IT modernization efforts of the Federal Civilian and the Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies with transitioning from legacy financial systems to financial management ERP application and solutions.

Farida is a member of the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) and is Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certified.  Farida earned her BA degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and is an MBA graduate from The George Washington University (GWU) in Finance.
