I am honored you have taken the time to explore our website – but to us, it’s more than just a website, it’s a glimpse into our journey – where we were, where we are, and where we want to be.

I am a first generation Vietnamese-American. My parents fled Vietnam’s political persecution and “re-education” camps - by boat. After a short period of settling in, I was born - at the center of where my career blossomed – Arlington, Virginia.

At a young age, I always knew working hard and working smart led to optimal results. This value is the foundation for my life’s successes. I also have an insatiable thirst for learning and the deepest gratitude for the opportunities I’ve received from being born in this country (which I never take for granted).

After working for big firms and growing small companies, I knew I needed a personal and professional change. I wanted to build a company whose culture cultivates happiness, innovation, and continuous learning for both our team and clients. There are many companies out there that say this, but when the bottom line is impacted, all bets are off. We are a proven partner who brings thoughts/ideas to action. We mean what we say, and we do what we say.
