I am a first generation Vietnamese American. My parents fled Vietnam’s political persecution and “re-education” camps by boat and came to the United States. After a short period of my family settling in Arlington, Virginia, I was born at the center of where my career blossomed. I learned from an early age that working hard and working smart leads to optimal results. This value is the foundation for my life’s successes. In addition, I also have an insatiable thirst for learning and hold the deepest gratitude for the opportunities I have received from being born in this country (which I never take for granted).

After working for big firms and growing small companies, I knew I needed a personal and professional change; this is why I started Redwood Strategy Group. I wanted to build a company where culture cultivates happiness, innovation drives success, and continuous learning brings better results for both our team and clients. There are companies out there that say this but as soon as it impacts the bottom line all bets are off.
